Brian Purvey

Brian has over 20 years’ experience in Real Estate with a former career with the WA Police Force spanning 15 years. Brian brings several key skills to his Real Estate career, including exceptional negotiation skills he has honed over years and as a qualified first response negotiator in the police force. Brian believes in honesty, ethics, and professionalism.

He prides himself on his care and support of his clients, and as a result many of his clients have become long-term friends. His commitment to his clients saw him win the inaugural REIWA Exceptional Service Award. He also has a Diploma in Real Estate and an Advanced Diploma in Business (Management) and believes in fighting hard for his clients.

Brian has extensive experience in all areas of real estate from residential sales, property management, project sales, through to business sales. He has sold as far north as South Hedland and south as Dunsborough. He has sold and managed properties ranging from 1-bedroom apartments to multimillion-dollar homes.

Brian said, “Buying and selling a home is a major financial and emotional investment and people deserve great service. They want you to treat them honestly and fairly, return phone calls and emails, and provide regular feedback. It’s quite simple. For me real estate is not about property it’s about people and my commitment is to provide my clients with a high level of service.”
