Megan was born into the property scene with her family running a small boutique Real Estate agency for over 35 years. Megan owned her first property at the age of 20 and has been involved in building developments and property investments over 20 years.

Megan previously worked for the NAB but her passion for property led her to complete a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Property and she became a Property Valuer working for various companies including Hegney Property Group where she specialised in the inner-suburban areas of Perth encompassing a variety of valuation expertise including heritage homes, apartments and off-the-plan developments.

Megan is now the Director and Principal of My Realty Plus and is actively involved in all facets of Sales and Property Management. Megan believes that the key to her success is building a focused team of professional staff dedicated to fulfilling the individual needs of clients and building long-term relationships.

Megan is an accredited REIWA member and strives to keep abreast with the latest technology, compliance and the needs of her clients. Technology services offered to her clients include DocuSign and 24/7 Lessor and Tenant Portals. However, Megan acknowledges that not all clients are I.T. savvy and has a portfolio of clients that she personally visits to drop off statements and discuss individual property needs.

Megan has an authentic and genuine desire for property and client satisfaction and is well known for sharing her expertise with like-minded people. She is passionate about helping others to be successful and to reach their property goals.
